Job description

Pump Installer Helper at Roberts Irrigation
Location: Plover, WI
Job Summary
The job entails installation and repair of various pump types in agricultural settings across Wisconsin. Timely repairs are crucial, days can include extended daily work hours and Saturdays during peak growing seasons. Qualified individuals would work in a team atmosphere to meet Roberts Irrigation standards and customers’ expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Loading, unloading, and organizing necessary parts to ensure timely project completion.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and promptly communicating supply needs.
Maintaining organized and clean work areas, including but not limited to equipment, shops, inventory, and job sites.
Experience operating a rough terrain forklift, skid steer, or other equipment is preferred (not mandatory)
Completing all required paperwork accurately and thoroughly at the end of each work day
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
Proficient use of hand tools, torches, and pipe wrenches.
Ability to lift heavy objects and climb on equipment as needed.
Efficient planning and forethought skills.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Class A CDL (required within the first year of employment company program available).
Stick welding skills (not required, training provided)
Driver’s license (Required)
