At BA Kitchen and Bath Design, we believe every home renovation is an opportunity to improve our clients' lives. As a growing family-owned remodeling company, we specialize in high-quality kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home renovations.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, professional, and customer-focused Countertops Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners while also keeping the details behind each project organized. You will assist customers with countertop selections and sales while coordinating scheduling, materials, installers, subcontractors, and project follow-up.

What You'll DoShowroom Sales & Customer Service
  • Greet customers and walk-ins and create a welcoming, professional showroom experience.
  • Assist customers with countertop selections, product options, pricing, and purchasing decisions.
  • Provide knowledgeable and professional service throughout the sales process.
  • Answer incoming showroom calls and respond promptly to customer questions and requests.
  • Return missed calls and follow up consistently with customers and prospective buyers.
  • Follow up on estimates, open opportunities, pending sales, upcoming installations, and completed projects.
  • Build strong customer relationships and help resolve questions or concerns professionally.
  • Represent BA Kitchen and Bath Design professionally with customers, suppliers, installers, and subcontractors.
CRM & Project Coordination
  • Maintain accurate customer, lead, appointment, and project information in the CRM.
  • Keep project records, notes, schedules, and follow-up activities current.
  • Track countertop projects from the initial sale through ordering, installation, completion, and final customer follow-up.
  • Document customer communications and project updates accurately.
  • Coordinate with sales, office, installation, supplier, and subcontractor teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Manage multiple active projects, appointments, and follow-ups while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Installation Scheduling & Follow-Up
  • Schedule countertop installations with customers and installation teams.
  • Confirm installation dates, job details, site readiness, and customer expectations.
  • Make sure installers have the necessary measurements, materials, and project information before installation.
  • Keep customers informed of installation schedules, changes, and project updates.
  • Follow up after installations to confirm that work has been completed and properly documented.
  • Help identify and resolve scheduling or installation issues quickly and professionally.
Materials & Ordering
  • Order countertops, sinks, and other materials required for customer projects.
  • Verify measurements, colors, quantities, edge profiles, sink selections, and other product details before orders are placed.
  • Coordinate material orders with project schedules and installation dates.
  • Track orders, lead times, availability, and deliveries.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and potential issues.
  • Confirm that required materials are ready before scheduled installations.
Subcontractor Coordination & Payments
  • Communicate with subcontractors regarding scheduled work and project requirements.
  • Review completed installation work and confirm job details.
  • Review subcontractor invoices against completed work and agreed-upon pricing.
  • Prepare and process subcontractor payments according to company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate subcontractor invoice and payment records in the appropriate system.
  • Respond professionally to subcontractor questions regarding invoices, project details, and payment status.

  • Previous experience in countertops, kitchen and bath, remodeling, construction, home improvement, or a related industry.

  • Familiarity with material ordering, installation scheduling, or construction project coordination.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
