Job description

JOB DUTIES & DESCRIPTIONS:

 

·         Review PO release dates in Moraware, communicate with builders, and drive communities by compiling a list of start dates for all jobs.

·         Communicate start dates with Warehouse and Office team.

·         Review selection sheets, drawings, renderings, cut sheets, and field measurement with builders to ensure accuracy before installation.

·         Complete Pre-Site Inspection form and email all findings to builders.

1.1.1.1.         Drain not centered

1.1.1.2.         Shower floor not square and needs to be chipped

1.1.1.3.         Gap at tub walls.

1.1.1.4.         Jacuzzi not framed and hole not cut out of decking.

1.1.1.5.         Excessive pain on floors

·         Submit any field measurements to office for discrepancies between cut sheet and actual measurements.

·         Enter information into Moraware according to house stages from slab to final punch.

·         Walk subcontractors through each project and outline where all materials are to be installed by providing them with work orders, selections, and drawings

·         Inspect job for completion of waterproofing in all wet areas.

·         Inspect jobs for quality of installation and ensure all materials are being installed in the correct location.

·         Confirm that flooring installations are 100% complete before submitting installer work orders to the office team.

·         Recruit new subcontractors

·         Train new and existing subcontractors to install products the TTS way.

·         Supervise tile punch out employees and manage daily schedule.

·         Build rapport with builders to secure a strong working relationship and guarantee work in their community.

Maintain company vehicle including repairs and oil changes
