Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily installation operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise HVAC Installation Technicians and helpers to ensure high-quality installations and performance
  • Conduct field quality control and safety inspections on all installations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation and system start-up issues
