About the Role:
We are looking for an Install Helper to join our team at Mack Morris Heating And Air Conditioning. As a leading HVAC company in Ruckersville, VA, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers, and we are seeking a motivated individual to help us achieve that goal. Overall, an Install Helper's role is to provide support, learn from senior technicians, and ensure the job runs smoothly, contributing to the timely and efficient installation of HVAC systems. We are willing to train the ideal candidate. 
Responsibilities:
  • Install heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Ensure all installations are completed to high quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift 75+ pounds, crawl/bend frequently, work in small spaces such as crawlspaces and attics, work overhead
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
