Job description

AirNow is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential and light commercial installation projects. This position is responsible for installing complete HVAC systems, directing installation helpers, maintaining jobsite quality, and ensuring each system is installed and commissioned according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

The ideal candidate can read job scopes, organize materials, complete ductwork and equipment installations, perform startup procedures, communicate professionally with customers, and keep projects on schedule. Applicants should have strong leadership skills, a valid driver’s license, and previous HVAC installation experience.
