Closets by Design is seeking Sales Designers who can bring both style and functionality to our clients’ homes.
As a Closets by Design Designer, you’ll visit clients’ homes, assess their space, and design custom storage solutions that are both beautiful and practical. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box, design on the fly, and turn a client’s vision into reality.
This position offers flexible compensation options, including a paid-per-appointment plus commission model or a higher-rate commission-only option. Pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients are provided—no cold calling required.

A Day in the Life

  5. Follow sales training and apply your communication skills to help clients achieve their dream home.
Requirements
  1. No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
  2. Must be coachable and eager to learn.
  3. Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 12 week sales training.
  4. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  5. Willing to travel up to two hours to serve customers throughout our territory.
