Compensation:

What YOU Will Do:
  • Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job
  • Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices
  • Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency

What We Need from YOU:
  • Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
  • Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
  • Physical dexterity
