Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Take and follow instructions regarding collection and acquisition of tools and equipment.
  • Ensure that all tools and materials required for an HVAC project are in good working order.
  • Assist HVAC Install Lead in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Learn to Inspect installed HVAC systems in order to determine their working.
  • Learn to Check for problems such as leaks and malfunctions, and mark any prominent issues.
  • Assist in identifying maintenance risks on HVAC systems.
  • Learn to Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
  • Learn to verify that all systems remain in compliance with standards and protocols.
  • Ensure that preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks are performed on equipment and tools used for HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Measure and prepare the materials required for HVAC installations.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of ducts and ducting systems.
  • Ensure proper delivery and removal of equipment from client sites.
  • Enforce safety measures before, during, and after each process.
Requirements amp; Qualifications:
  • Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with Company requirements
  • Must remain informed of current industry knowledge.
  • Must be willing to learn and apply general knowledge of residential air duct structures and how they relate with heating/AC systems
  • Demonstrated ability of good customer service techniques.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with fellow associates and external customers and assist a wide range of individuals in a variety of functions. A team player
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be well organized, and possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Remain in good physical condition with no history of back problems
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to use power tools and climb ladders
