Job SummaryThe Branch Manager โ€“ Install is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of installation projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within the highest standards of quality and safety. The manager coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations and satisfactory delivery of services to clients.Essential Job FunctionsThe Branch Manager - Install is expected to perform all the essential duties timely and accurately, in accordance with all applicable company policies, procedures, processes and practices, and compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The essential duties below are not intended to be all-inclusive, but rather indicative to the duties normally associated with the job.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clientsInspect install projects to monitor performance and overall job qualityEnsure all project specs are executed correctlyFollow, promote, and enforce all labor laws, safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure safe working conditions and behaviors are maintained.
