Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning is a local HVAC company located in Eugene, Oregon. We have been in business for over 15 years and have built our company aroundย outstanding customer service, quality installations, and taking care of our customers.

The Position

We are looking for an individual whoย excels at customer service, both in person and over the phone.

You must be able to maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers, communicate effectively, and quickly find solutions that leave our customers satisfied.

Theย Install Coordinatorย is a key position within our company. You will take sold installation jobs and make sure they are properly processed, documented, and prepared for completion.

This is aย detail-oriented positionย that requires someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and understands that small details can make a big difference.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Process sold installation jobs and enter all necessary information into our software
  • Prepare and process required paperwork
  • Manage pre-installation and post-installation documentation
  • Coordinate information between customers, sales, installers, and the office
  • Handle customer requests and questions
  • Assist with escalated customer situations and find solutions quickly
  • Ensure customer needs are fulfilled while following company procedures
  • Review jobs for accuracy and completeness
  • Keep installation jobs moving through the process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
