Position Overview

As Install Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our installation department, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations. You will coordinate schedules, support installation teams, ensure job readiness, and maintain quality control from start to finish.

You will work closely with dispatch, sales, service managers, and technicians to ensure installations are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and support installation teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects
  • Coordinate daily install schedules and ensure jobs are properly assigned and staged
  • Review job readiness, scope, and materials prior to installation
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards, code requirements, and quality expectations
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development for installation technicians
  • Monitor job performance, efficiency, and profitability of install operations
  • Work closely with dispatch, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively to keep work on track
  • Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of install team members
