Available Positions:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Teacher positions

Competitive Pay:

  • $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and education

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Clear background check

Full-Time Teacher Benefits:

Your Role: As a teacher at Active Learning Centers, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop creative, engaging programs for students
  • Use a variety of educational techniques, including storytelling, play
  • Observe and support each child's social development and self-esteem
  • Foster interaction and collaboration among children
  • Guide children's artistic and practical skills through a thoughtfully crafted curriculum
  • Provide routine care, including meals, snacks, diapering, and potty training
  • Plan and supervise daily outdoor and gross motor play
  • Communicate regularly with parents and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a teacher
    • 2 year of childcare experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development principles
  • Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and even-tempered demeanor
  • A balance between creativity and practical problem-solving skills
  • BSc/BA in Education or a related field (optional)
