Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families grappling with mental health issues, trauma, and relationship challenges, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to safeguard patient confidentiality while facilitating effective treatment.
  • Engage family members or significant others in the therapy process when appropriate, recognizing the role of the support system in client healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Current and valid LMFT license in the State of California is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and scope of practice specifically related to LMFT services.
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

Compensation and Benefits
