• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families grappling with mental health issues, trauma, and relationship challenges, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to safeguard patient confidentiality while facilitating effective treatment.
• Engage family members or significant others in the therapy process when appropriate, recognizing the role of the support system in client healing.
• Develop and foster positive, collaborative relationships with fellow professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, enhancing team effectiveness in patient care.
• Collaborate with community organizations to provide comprehensive care resources and referrals for clients in need of additional support services.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, providing interventions during crisis situations and coordinating immediate resources to ensure safety and stabilization.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development opportunities through workshops and training programs.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various backgrounds facing an array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship dysfunctions. Your role will involve assessing the unique needs of each client and tailoring therapeutic approaches accordingly to meet their individual goals.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid LMFT license in the State of California is required.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and scope of practice specifically related to LMFT services.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations effectively while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.
• Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive clinical documentation that adheres to legal and administrative standards.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and commitment to upholding confidentiality protocols.

• At least two years of experience in providing therapy within a clinical setting, preferably in community health or a similar environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations, addressing issues such as trauma, addiction, and complex family dynamics.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a remote setting utilizing digital communication platforms.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance.
