Job Responsibilities

  • Generate quotations in support of the outside sales team.
  • Generate software renewal quotations and communicate as necessary with customers.
  • Update CRM projects and opportunities.
  • Participate in local industry associations and trade shows, as directed by the Sales team.
  • Support the lead management process for the sales team.
  • Process equipment orders as needed.
  • Assist the Inside Sales Manager with vendor registrations.
  • Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements.
  • Assist the team with any specific business growth initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree (equivalent experience accepted)
  • Ability to utilize virtual presentation technology
  • Highly organized with excellent follow up skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required with exceptional listening skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work well across functions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license

The compensation range for this position is $51,500.00 - $77,300.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
