Initially in the role, a high focus is placed on training and development. Inside Sales Representatives have exposure to other areas of the company including marketing to help gain a holistic view of what makes Sandhills successful. Continuing education is also an important part of the role as our products and technology evolve.
In this position, the goal is to drive growth by capturing premium listings and advertisements from one of the diverse client base across Sandhills Global's core industries, including agriculture, construction, transportation, and aviation. The sales process is quick - many new hires see success and commission their first week post-training! Built on a legacy of high performance, our proven products ensure every connection starts with a win.
The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for acquiring new and existing accounts as well as servicing current customers. There is a combination of warm and cold leads they will connect with. They will learn and apply different sales techniques as well as develop advertisements for the customer. Researching prospective customers, placing sales orders and maintaining sales records will be part of the role as well as collecting payment. This is an in-office, non-travel position. Assume other duties as assigned.
