Job description

About the Role

AH Group is looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support our teams. This role is execution and customer service focused. You will work on RFQ intake, quoting, pricing analysis, vendor follow ups, and helping move things through the order pipeline and keeping the customer and sales teams ahead of what’s coming rather than reacting to it.

This role is well-suited for someone who likes fast paced environments and solving problems for customers, with a path toward expanded responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do

· RFQ intake from end customers or someone from outside sales or key account teams

· Vendor communication to obtain pricing and lead time via phone and/or email depending on customer criticality

· Help manage the day-to-day quoting queue which includes: tracking status, following up on open items, and flagging aging or stalled transactions before they escalate

· Coordinate with back office and operations teams on active quotes and orders, translating queue data into clear action items

· Support order entry, status updates, and follow-through on RFQs or status requests from customers

· Handle select inbound customer inquiries on routine requests, escalating complex or strategic items appropriately

· Assist with new customer onboarding coordination and rush request management

· Maintain accurate records across our order management platform to ensure visibility across the team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or operations ideally at a distributor, Industrial Parts or MRO Provider, or industrial services company

• Ability to handle urgent requests – speed and communication is key in our business.

• Comfortable working in order management or ERP/CRM-type systems

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Organized and proactive; you surface issues before being asked and follow through without needing reminders

• Collaborative by nature. This role works closely with our customer facing, operations and back office teams, not independently
