Inside Sales Associate 
 
About the Role: 

We are seeking driven Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll engage with businesses and professionals across a variety of industries, introduce them to BuzzTechMedia’s digital solutions, and guide them toward the services that best fit their operational needs. You’ll play an essential part in driving company growth by nurturing relationships, managing inbound and outbound leads, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and contact potential clients through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and networking 

  • Present our services clearly and confidently to prospective customers 

  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored service solutions 

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and deals in CRM tools 

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an exceptional client experience

  • Experience in sales or account management is preferred but not required 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
