Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Lead - E-Commerce to grow our online sales and lead the inside sales and customer support team. In this hands-on role, you will mentor and guide your team, manage customer communications across multiple channels, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Team Management
