Summary

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales/Stocklist Associate to work at our Lawrenceville, Georgia location. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our growing team.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales/Stocklist Associate to join our team. This role combines inside sales and stocklisting responsibilities, focusing on generating accurate quotes, building strong customer relationships, and driving business development. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency while delivering excellent customer service and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Engagement:
    • Serve as the main contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and processing orders.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Stocklisting and Technical Support:
    • Prepare detailed material lists for fire protection projects using HydraTech software.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quotes align with fabrication capabilities and customer requirements.
    • Notify purchasing of material needs based on project quotes.
  • Business Development:
    • Proactively expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
    • Support strategies to position the company as a leader in fire protection fabrication.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with fabrication, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure seamless operations.
    • Compile reports to track sales performance, customer retention, and operational improvements.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in fire protection or construction is a plus.
  • Familiarity with stocklisting processes; experience with HydraTech software is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or industry-specific software experience is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments with noise, dust, and temperature variations.
