Inside Sales & Customer Engagement Representative


Location: Ballard / Seattle, WA (4401 11th Ave NW)


Position: Full-Time


Pay: Starting at $25+/hour, DOE, with opportunities for growth.


Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5-day work week). Saturday availability is required, though Saturdays operate shorter hours than weekdays.

Pavingstone Supply has proudly served Seattle and the Pacific Northwest since 1996. We supply contractors, landscapers, designers, and homeowners with premium hardscape materials including pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, sand, gravel, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers at the sales counter
  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and material takeoffs
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions
  • Help customers select products for their projects
  • Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and homeowners
  • Coordinate with our yard and delivery team to provide an outstanding customer experience
