• Conduct detailed clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities, aimed at empowering clients to overcome their challenges.
• Maintain organized and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to uphold our commitment to professionalism.
• Engage in collaborative teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to create comprehensive care plans that encompass all aspects of a client's mental health.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to refine skills and improve care quality, reflecting a commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation within the field.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in managing their mental health effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest research and innovations in mental health practices, ensuring that you can integrate cutting-edge techniques into your therapeutic approach.

We serve a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role as a counselor will be pivotal in guiding clients from all walks of life through their healing journeys.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• An active license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, adapting treatment plans to meet individual client needs effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex patient situations and facilitate positive outcomes.
• A collaborative spirit that values teamwork and the diverse skills contributed by your colleagues.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and an ability to engage clients effectively through digital communication.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models and a track record of success in implementing these approaches in practice.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community services to guide patients effectively.

Our compensation package is competitive, offering a yearly salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 commensurate with experience.
