As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that directly impact client outcomes:

• Maintain a manageable caseload by establishing rapport and positive relationships with clients, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, stability, and discharge planning as appropriate. Engage clients in meaningful discussions regarding their journey towards mental wellness.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet individual client needs and goals.
• Create and maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Administer intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish foundational treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care, contributing to comprehensive treatment planning.
• Foster a growth mindset, remaining adaptable to changing client needs and embracing opportunities for personal and professional development.

Your work will cater to a wide array of individuals seeking mental health support, ranging from children to adults facing various challenges. This population may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health conditions. By employing a person-centered approach, you will facilitate therapeutic relationships designed to empower clients and promote optimal mental health.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A valid License as a Professional Counselor (LPC), which must be unrestricted, independent, current, and active.
• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

While the following qualifications are not mandatory, they are highly desirable:

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comfort and familiarity with necessary technology, including excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
