Silverstone Hospitality LLC, in partnership with Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, is seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead the 159-room Holiday Inn Mobile West I-10. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives on improving operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving strong financial performance.

This is an urgent leadership opportunity for a results-oriented General Manager ready to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you will provide overall leadership for all hotel operations, including:

  • Drive guest satisfaction and brand performance
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop department leaders
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with Holiday Inn brand standards
  • Manage labor, payroll, and operating expenses
  • Improve operational efficiency across all departments
  • Partner with Sales to grow business and increase occupancy
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and guest-ready hotel
  • Build strong relationships with ownership, corporate leadership, and the local community
We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proven hotel leader who possesses:

  • Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Full-service or select-service hotel leadership experience preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
  • Experience improving guest satisfaction scores and operational performance
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and retain high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Sales
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Holiday Inn, IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or other major branded hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading hotel renovations, operational turnarounds, or performance improvement initiatives is a plus
