What You'll Do

As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you are the heartbeat of the hotel. Guests remember a spotless room — and that's because of you.

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Marriott Fairfield brand standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities and towels
  • Scrub and sanitize bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, floors)
  • Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop assigned rooms and public areas
  • Maintain hallways, elevators, and common spaces
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
  • Keep your housekeeping cart and supply areas clean and organized
  • Assist with laundry operations as needed
  • Communicate room status to the front desk team
