Front Desk Receptionist

Summary

Receives and directs incoming calls to individual guests, staff, or departments. Assist guests, members, and other departments in an efficient, courteous and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality. Assist Inn Manager

Essential Functions

  • Keep email inbox current
  • Take reservations for Inn rooms and dining.
  • Assist with giving directions to the Fort Worth Club
  • Know parking policies & details for members/ guests
  • Know functions of the copy/printer
  • Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, members, staff, and fellow employees
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times in your dress and in your work area
  • Assist with maintaining efficient & organized operation at the front desk
  • Assist with resolving guest and member complaints or problems
  • Maintain a professional and excellent customer/ member rapport
  • Able to multitask during busy times
