 Injection Molding Machine Operator – Temp-to-Hire
 Baldwin Park, CA 91706
Pay Rate: $18.50- $18.75/hour
Schedule Options: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | $18.50/hour
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $18.75/hour
Position Overview

Kelly Services is hiring Medical Assemblers and Injection Molding Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Baldwin Park. These temp-to-hire opportunities offer long-term career potential in a clean, safety-focused production environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor 2–3 injection molding machines simultaneously
  • Assemble and inspect medical products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Collect, organize, and package finished products from production lines
  • Perform quality inspections and identify product defects
  • Follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines
  • Perform basic computer data entry
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, assembly, or injection molding experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work assigned schedules and overtime as needed
