Job description

Machine Operator
Royer Corporation is seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Machine Operators. This position is responsible for efficiently operating production machinery to manufacture products that meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery while utilizing the most economical production methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality plastic parts.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Trim excess plastic from molded parts and prepare products for packaging and shipment.
  • Load raw materials into machines and maintain continuous production.
  • Monitor machine operation and report equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Learn and apply machine operation, quality control procedures, and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Available Shifts & Starting Pay:
Shift 1A
  • Monday - Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

Shift 1B
  • Monday - Wednesday: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Thursday: 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM
  • Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift 2A
  • Thursday: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift 2B
  • Thursday Night- Friday Morning: 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM
  • Friday - Sunday: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
