You'll be the technical expert on the floor - ensuring our molding processes are stable, efficient, and producing high-quality parts.
  • Champion a safety-first mindset in everything you do.
  • Perform mold changes, including full mold setting and proper connections.
  • Start up, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.

  • Make adjustments to eliminate defects such as flash, shorts, sinks, burns, and dimensional variation.
  • Partner with Quality and Production to quickly resolve part and process concerns.
  • Drive scrap reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor cycle times and equipment performance to reduce downtime.
  • Identify maintenance concerns and collaborate with maintenance to resolve issues.
  • Support new mold trials, process development, and validations.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid understanding of molding parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cooling, clamp force).
  • Knowledge of scientific molding principles (a plus).
  • 3-axis programming experience (preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with various resin materials and their processing characteristics.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently standing and using hands to handle tools and components.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

PPE Required: Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes (uniforms provided).
Why Join Us?
We believe in taking care of our team members and providing a stable, supportive environment where you can grow.
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
  • Free medical/HSA benefits for employees who elect single coverage and earn under $75,000 annually.
  • 401(k) with company participation.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Company-provided uniforms.
  • A team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.

If you take pride in fine-tuning processes, solving problems, and making a measurable impact on production performance, we'd love to connect with you.
