Injection Molded Plastics Sales Representative

Company Description

C&J Industries is a custom plastic injection molding company serving a diverse range of industries. In-house services include tooling design and production, extensive assembly options and full-service engineering support. C&J is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified, FDA registered and offers both General and Clean room thermoplastic molding in addition to high-speed assembly.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Injection Molding Sales Representative. Preferred locations include cities near transportation hubs in the eastern half of the US. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing support and advice to customers regarding injection molded plastic products and assembly manufacturing. Additional duties include meeting sales targets, presenting proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. Willingness to travel ~35% to 45% is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Knowledge of injection molding processes and plastic solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing and quality teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business software
  • Experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Packaging markets and a strong network of customer relationships are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
