Job description

Description
Performs complicated work assignments requiring basic mechanical skills. From knowledge of schedules and production requirements, plan production work for assigned area and make assignments to accomplish results. Perform routine set-ups of injection molding process. Cleans lubricates, and makes non-complex repairs or replacement of parts for proper and continuous operation and uptime of machines, molds, tolls and fixtures. Purge and re-start molding presses. Assures process is in control and makes necessary adjustments for required quality results.
2-5 years previous injection molding process experience is required
Proficient skills in reading, writing and arithmetic are necessary
Strong mechanical abilities & knowledge- preferably in the Plastics Industry, with experience in Injection Molding
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; very detail-oriented
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent computer skills
