Role Summary:
As a Global Strategy Manager, you will report into the Global Director of Strategy & Transformation and have regular exposure to the full Executive Leadership Team.
In this role, you will help shape the long-term direction and growth of our business. You will partner closely and directly with various leaders in the business to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate opportunities, and facilitate strategic decision making. A successful candidate has strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, is creative, and communicates with confidence and precision.
What You Will Do:
  • Develop data driven insights on market trends, consumer behavior, competitive insights, and emerging retail practices
  • Evaluate new growth opportunities including but not limited to new market entry, format innovation, partnerships, M&A
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business and support business areas in translating their strategies to clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
  • Build financial business cases to support strategic recommendations
  • Prepare presentations for executive leadership and board level communications; strong story-telling abilities is a must

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, MBA viewed as an asset
  • 3-5 years in management consulting or a similar internal strategy & transformation role
  • Experience in retail, consumer-goods, QSR, or supply chain is preferred
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate complicated topics to senior leadership
  • Strong financial modelling abilities
  • Experience building & facilitating strategy workshop sessions
  • Current and valid passport is required, with a willingness to travel globally as needed
