Job description

Infuse Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and service-driven leader to support cafe operations at a hotel-based client site in San Francisco. This is an entry level management role responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day execution while delivering a polished and consistent guest experience.


Supporting the General Manager, the role plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. This is a hands-on position for a leader who thrives in structured daily service execution looking to grow.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  1. Partner with the General Manager to execute operational goals across café services.
  2. Lead, train, and develop Baristas, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.
  3. Provide real-time coaching during service to ensure high performance and consistency.
  4. Support with ordering, scheduling, and hiring to align staffing with daily operational needs.

Café (Barista) Operations

  1. Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring hospitality standards, product quality, and adherence to brand standards.
  2. Maintain consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and speed of service.
  3. Monitor inventory levels for coffee, beverages, and cafe products while minimizing waste.

Service Execution

  1. Coordinate and execute on-site service operations, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown.
  2. Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless and high-quality service experiences.
