What You'll Do
  • Prospect for residential acquisition opportunities throughout your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, and investors
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Analyze renovation scope, ARV, and acquisition potential
  • Present and negotiate offers on behalf of the company
  • Manage opportunities throughout the acquisition process
  • Maintain CRM activity and KPI tracking

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required
  • Active California Real Estate License
  • 1+ year of residential real estate experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to confidently present and negotiate offers
  • Reliable transportation for regular property visits
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Work Environment
  • Primarily field-based throughout North County San Diego
  • Weekly in-person team meetings at our Miramar office
  • Daily sales huddles and ongoing coaching
