Senior Civil Project Manager
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Project Engineer. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. As a Senior Civil Project Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing technical expertise to guide project teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role in the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects, providing direction and guidance to project teams
- Ensure the highest quality standards are met in project deliverables, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Manage land development projects including design, client coordination, permitting and construction administration
- Effectively communicate project updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, keeping all parties informed and engaged
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 8 to 10 years of Project Manager in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects
- Design knowledge in the areas of water and sanitary sewer utilities, street stormwater conveyance, stormwater SCM's, grading and erosion control plans, required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation/GeoPak
- Experience in relevant regulations and industry standards
