Job description


We are seeking a Digital LV Infrastructure & Controls Director to lead low-voltage infrastructure, controls integration, operational technology systems, and digital operational readiness across Wisconsin regional data center projects.
This role is responsible for ensuring structured cabling, fiber, telecom, BMS/EPMS systems, controls platforms, network infrastructure, and digital systems are fully coordinated, integrated, tested, validated, and startup-ready to support reliable facility operations.
The Digital LV Infrastructure & Controls Director will work closely with construction, commissioning, IT, controls vendors, startup teams, and operations stakeholders to drive digital infrastructure readiness from installation through turnover.
Onsite Expectations: 50-70% field/site engagement depending on startup phase and integration complexity
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital infrastructure deployment and controls integration across regional projects
  • Oversee structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, telecom systems, and pathway coordination
  • Support network infrastructure readiness and digital systems turnover
  • Drive BMS, EPMS, and controls integration readiness
  • Ensure systems communications, interoperability, and controls sequence validation
  • Coordinate controls vendors, construction teams, commissioning teams, IT, and operations stakeholders
  • Support functional testing, startup readiness, and operational validation
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate controls, cabling, and integration risks
  • Drive resolution of integration defects, communications issues, and startup blockers

  • Ensure turnover packages are complete, accurate, and operationally usable

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $146,300 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
