We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support, implement, and optimize IT environments for a variety of clients. This role requires a well-rounded technical professional with experience across Microsoft technologies, networking, virtualization, security, servers, and storage. You'll work on infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and help maintain secure, reliable systems.


Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and security technologies.
  • Manage servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
  • Support cloud and hybrid environments while ensuring performance and security.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on technology initiatives.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of infrastructure engineering or systems administration experience.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, Windows Server, and storage technologies.
  • Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
