This position plays a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the client's networked systems across multiple manufacturing sites.

Networking Fundamentals - Support DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing basics, VPNs, and firewall changes.
Cloud & SaaS Administration - Support and implement M365, SAML/OAUTH integrations, hybrid identity.
Monitoring & Reliability - Respond to alerts, improve observability, and ensure systems stay healthy.
2. Automation, Endpoint, and Operational Efficiency
Automation & Scripting - Use PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Endpoint Management - Handle device compliance, patching, imaging, and troubleshooting.
Operational Documentation - Maintain clear, concise documentation for systems, network diagrams, processes, and configurations.
Cross?functional Problem Solving - Own issues that span multiple domains without unnecessary hand?offs.
3. Vendor, Budget, and Lifecycle Support
Vendor Coordination - Work with vendors for support escalations, troubleshooting, and service requests.
Contract & Renewal Support - Assist with tracking renewals, reviewing service levels, and coordinating contract updates.
Budgeting & Purchasing - Support hardware/software purchasing, cost comparisons, establish baselines, and lifecycle planning.
Asset & License Management - Help maintain accurate inventories and ensure license compliance.

Firewall & Endpoint Security - Maintain firewall rules, endpoint protection, and network access controls.
Vulnerability & Patch Compliance - Assist with security audits, vulnerability management, and patch compliance efforts.
Cybersecurity Policy Support - Support the organization's cybersecurity policies, IT governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Security Monitoring - Help review alerts, logs, and security events to ensure a secure operating environment.
Qualifications Required:
