The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, and capable of operating independently under the direction of the Head of Technology and Security.

  • Monitor and revise Power Automate workflows to ensure consistent results
  • Deploy, monitor, and remediate backups

  • Manage on-premises and datacenter infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving hardware, OS, and software issues for Windows and Linux servers
  • Ensure client environments maintain uptime targets and meet established SLA requirements

  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and client contacts to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain strong working relationships across internal teams and with external vendors and partners
  • Promote a professional, client-ready working environment

  • Experience with HP Aruba or comparable enterprise switching platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision

Preferred

  • Relevant certifications: Microsoft (AZ-500, MS-500, or equivalent), SonicWall SNSA/SNSPA, or Aruba certifications
  • Experience in an MSP environment
  • Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, ISO20000-1, ISO27001, or similar compliance frameworks
