Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join its Government & Public Services (GPS) Sustainability, Infrastructure & Real Estate practice. This professional will support federal, state, local, and higher education clients in addressing complex challenges related to sustainability strategy, capital planning, infrastructure transformation, real estate optimization, and program delivery. The Manager will work as part of cross-functional teams to deliver analysis, manage workstreams, develop client-ready materials, and help drive measurable mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Construction Management Subject Expert on the project, providing leadership for CMP development and delivery
  • Coordinate all aspects of the required CMP CM functional requirements
  • Work with the government to review policy and processes and determine how CM policy and processes will need to be changed to fully leverage CMP

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of construction management experience
  • 4+ years of experience delivering the proposed vendor's construction management product (Kahua) to large engineering and construction organizations
  • Ability to travel up 0-10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Professional registration/certification (professional engineer, registered architect, project management professional, certified construction manager or equivalent) 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $241,000.
