The Senior Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, Information Security, plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure solutions. This position involves developing disaster recovery plans, automating workflows, and ensuring compliance with security standards and frameworks. The role requires expertise in infrastructure performance optimization, configuration management, and risk assessment to support business continuity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the engineer contributes to system security planning and capacity management, driving continuous improvement while aligning technical solutions with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
About the team:
This specialized team manages and secures dedicated networks and platforms supporting Information Security Operations, development, and forensic labs across multiple sites. They ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of technical environments to enable threat detection, incident response, vulnerability analysis, and digital forensics. The team designs and maintains secure network segments and isolated environments, supporting sensitive investigations and advanced security research. Collaborating with leadership, security operations, development, and forensic specialists, they provide essential platforms and infrastructure that underpin effective and timely security operations, safeguarding the organization from cyber threats and supporting critical activities.
What you'll do:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions and storage solutions aligned with business requirements and security standards.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience.
  • Automate routine storage & infrastructure tasks using tools such as Ansible to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage configuration and release processes for virtual machines, storage systems, and network components.
  • Conduct risk and compliance reviews, contributing to system security plans and vulnerability management.
  • Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance, optimizing resource utilization and forecasting future needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements, identify gaps, and recommend technical solutions.

  • Extensive experience in infrastructure security, scalability design, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to streamline workflows and deployments.
