As a leading professional information technology consulting firm based in Pleasanton, we specialize in network design, cybersecurity, systems implementation, and fully managed IT support services. With clients throughout the Bay Area, DNI is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients' technology needs are met. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote and hands-on technical support to clients, researching and identifying solutions to issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining detailed logs of all interactions within our Helpdesk and Project Management System. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects, including desktop rollouts, cloud and server builds/migrations, and network enhancements.
We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of Windows 10 and Windows Server OS (2012 - 2022), and experience with Office 365 and networking fundamentals. Industry certifications like A+, Network+, or Security+, are also highly desirable.
Aside from technical skills, we emphasize strong business skills in our team members. Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical, are essential to explain complex issues to clients in plain English.
