This position has a home-based office in Metro Detroit and requires regular on-site work at our Berkley, MI office.
This is a part-time position: 24 hours per week Full benefits included
What You'll Do
As an IT Specialist, you'll apply established IT practices and company procedures to support day-to-day technology operations, including:
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot devices, and resolve IT tickets
  • Assist with the setup of laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for onboarding and offboarding
  • Help maintain and monitor IT systems, including updates, patches, and basic system performance
  • Collaborate with internal team members on IT-related projects and initiatives
  • Support evaluation and use of AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Support tracking of IT assets, system access, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, security, and user experience
  • Promote security awareness and support cybersecurity best practices across the organization
  • Handle technical and company information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Demonstrate and embrace the company's guiding principles in daily work

This role involves semi-routine work with established procedures and offers guidance and support as you take on new assignments.
