Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled IT Service Technician with mid-level support experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch IT support services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
