Entry Level IT Support Specialist. Great opportunity for recent Computer Science college graduate looking for an onsite IT support position on Cape Cod, MA. If you have a few years’ of experience we’d like to hear from you too!

We’re a cloud focused managed service provider (MSP) moving SMB clients to the cloud every month. There’s no better way to learn than by doing, and there's no better place to learn Azure Cloud Services. This is an in office, onsite position as it’s the best way to learn and be mentored. 

iMedia Technology is a small, top notch, MSP known for providing quality IT services to our clients. To work with us you must be a US citizen, establish roots on Cape Cod, and willing to work to high standards. We offer:

  • flexible hours once the training wheels are off
  • autonomy to do what's best for the client (integrity is everything)
  • work directly with mentors,
  • lots of growth potential as you learn traditional client/server networks and cloud migrations.

Some prior IT support experience such as an internship positions is required. You must be able to lift/install computers and monitors, and drive to client offices in our service region. We’ll get you started with:

  • checking backups
  • working with our Remote Monitoring and Management software 
  • updating and configuring firewalls
  • rolling out multifactor authentication (MFA)
  • investigating endpoint detection and response (EDR) alerts
  • answering end user questions
  • configuring and migrating M365
  • supporting Azure Virtual Desktops

You’re detail oriented, a people person, and not shy to dig into some troubleshooting. If you have a background with PC support, networking, and helping office workers with technology we would like to hear from you.
