Job Summary:
F.tech R&D North America, Inc. specializes in the research and development of automotive solutions, and they are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain their IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring security, reliability, and availability of systems while providing technical support for daily IT issues and compliance with governance and security standards.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wife area networks (WAN), and internet system.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and other IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Install and update software applications and licenses.
• Maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, and changes.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft, Unix/Linux server environments, including email, file backup, and storage systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-3 years of IT experience.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with users and team members.
• Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
