Position: IT Project Coordinator 

Duration: 6 month contract

Pay: $20-22/HR

Work Location: North Austin (domain area)

This position is 5 days per week onsite (Monday-Friday)

This position is eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision after 60 days. In addition, this position is eligible to enroll in a 401(k) after 90 days.

We're seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, tracking, and execution of technology projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, foundational IT knowledge, and an interest in growing a career in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project schedules, status reports, and documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, document notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate updates with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support risk, issue, and resource tracking activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to achieve project goals.
  • Create reports, presentations, and project documentation using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of project coordination, project support, or related experience.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software, or technology projects.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience tracking tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables.
