CC&B IT Lead - Join our team at Essel!

As the CC&B IT Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system. This system plays a critical role, and your expertise will be key in ensuring its smooth operation.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT support staff, to implement and maintain the CC&B system. You will lead system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring that the system meets the organization's requirements and operates effectively. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and resolving system-related issues efficiently.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in CC&B systems and a passion for delivering high-quality IT solutions. Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and supporting the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system preferably with utility customer billing and related solutions
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle Utilities products
  • Prior project management or supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in CC&B system configuration, maintenance, and support
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of CC&B functionalities
  • Proficiency in coding and development using Oracle CC&B Software Development Kit
  • Experience in leading system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts
  • Experience with at least one new implementation and one upgrade of an Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Framework
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
