Job description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Qualifications:FOR GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing network orders and Invoice validation for Information Technology (IT) services; 2) Providing programmatic support with government and commercial service providers of Emergency Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) system operations; 3) Following procurement procedures to ensure appropriate interaction with contracted providers of IT services; and 4) Supporting Public Safety Network (PSNET) related projects such as automated gates and turnstiles at entry control panels.

Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, interpersonal skills, problem solving, teamwork, and technical competence.

For GS-9: Successful completion of a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or graduate education that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
OR
Successfully completed 2 full years (36 hours) of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management; or, graduate education that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.Employment Type: OTHER
