Job description

IT Operations Engineer requires:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or network administration.
  • Experience managing help desk operations.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel regularly between the Midway and Tazewell, TN facilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

DUTIES:

  • Provide Tier II/III technical support for end users and oversee daily help desk operations.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.

  • Support Windows server environments, Active Directory, network switches, routers, firewalls, and virtualization technologies.
