  • Provide expert support for tools including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, 1Password, FortiClient VPN, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, setting up accounts, provisioning devices, and managing access permissions.
  • Track and resolve IT tickets promptly using the help desk system, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Document solutions, recurring issues, and new procedures to build a robust IT knowledge base.
  • Partner with IT leadership to define and implement security, backup, and device management best practices.
  • Offer on-site support for datacenter systems and staff as required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device, application, and policy management.
  • Familiarity with Entra ID / Azure AD for user provisioning, authentication, and access control.
  • Understanding of core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Customer-service orientation with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are preferred but not required.
