Location: Savannah, GA Salary: $25.00 USD Hourly - $27.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Support Specialist 1
IT Support Specialist
We are hiring three IT Support Specialists to join our team This is a fully on-site role supporting daily operations and serving as the face of IT for the facility.
Responsibilities
  • Provide Windows 11 support and troubleshooting
  • Offer MacOS support (preferred but not required)
  • Deliver mobile device support for Android, iOS, and Zebra handheld scanners/printers
  • Act as the primary IT contact for DC staff, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Assist with audio/visual setup in conference rooms
  • Participate in on-call rotations as structured

Work Schedule
  • Shift: First shift, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Flexibility to adjust based on business demands is a plus
  • Willingness to join on-call rotations

Education & Certification
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • A+ Certification or equivalent PC support certification
